RE GALLO

AGLIANICO DOC

Aglianico RE GALLO comes from a red grape variety, featuring a firm long bunch and small grapes. The hilly Mediterranean climate is perfect for this type of wine, as it guarantees mild winters and long exposure to the sun's rays. Once harvested, the grapes rest for medium-long periods (which in some cases exceed 40 months) in oak barrels, and it is precisely this long aging process that guarantees an alcohol content that never drops below 13 degrees and lends our wine a full-bodied and fragrant flavour.

TAURASI DOCG

Then you have Taurasi, in which Aglianico grapes are macerated for 12/14 days at a controlled temperature and aged in oak barrels for 24 months subsequently in steel tanks before completing the refinement in the bottle. Looking quite dark in the glass, this wine has an equally dark aroma but with a straight, pleasant, fresh structured flavour, framed by soft tannins.
